Weekly Pool Care Tip: Don’t Let Pool Toys Become Pool Problems

We love seeing pools being enjoyed, but pool toys, diving sticks and floating debris can sometimes get pulled into skimmers and plumbing lines.

Before heading inside for the evening, take a minute to remove toys from the pool. It helps your equipment run more efficiently and can prevent costly service calls/repairs.

June bugs love a well-lit pool almost as much as we do! 🪲🏊‍♂️ If your pool light is on at night and the system is off, don’t be surprised if a few bugs crash the party. Don’t worry—our team will take care of any stragglers during your next service visit.

🌧️ Rain + GFCI = Service Calls

BEFORE you schedule a service call, let’s troubleshoot first! We’ve seen it many times after a storm. Rain and moisture can sometimes trip GFCI outlets around pool equipment, causing pumps, lights or automation systems to stop working.

One of our clients thought they might need a service visit after their lights stopped working. A little troubleshooting over a text exchange revealed a tripped GFCI outlet. A simple reset had them back up and running in just a few minutes.

Not every issue requires a truck roll. Sometimes a little guidance is all it takes and we’re always happy to help our clients troubleshoot when we can. 💙

Gideon always has a smile on his face and a great attitude to match. He's eager to learn, works hard and continues to grow every day (in knowledge that is, he’s already pretty tall 😉).
