Sometimes the best before & after starts before there’s even a “before”.

This project started with a set of plans and a vision for what this space could become.

Then came the render—where measurements, materials, finishes, and ideas finally started to feel real.

Then came construction--The part where drawings turn into framing, details get built piece by piece, and for a little while… you have to trust the process.

And finally, the vision became reality.

From the custom built-in seating and statement media wall to the wood-slat ceiling, lighting, storage, and all those little details in between—seeing how closely the finished space came to the original vision is one of our favorite parts of this project.

Plans → Render → Construction → Reality

This is why the planning and design phase matters so much. Long before the finished photos, we're working through the details that make the final space functional, intentional, and uniquely yours.

This kitchen went from dark, dated, and closed off to bright, open, and designed for everyday living.

With new cabinetry, updated countertops, modern lighting, sleek finishes, and a fresh color palette, the entire space feels larger, lighter, and much more functional.

It's amazing what a well-planned remodel can do.

Every beautiful remodel starts with two things:

The first few photos are how this kitchen looked when we began.

Our goal was never to copy someone else's kitchen.

It was to capture the same clean, warm, modern feeling while designing a space that fit this family's home and lifestyle.

Sometimes the biggest transformations aren't the most obvious.

At first glance, this reception area may look like a simple refresh.

But behind the finished walls was a lot more work than meets the eye.

This project included:
✔️ Demolishing and removing two walls
✔️ Installing a structural support beam
✔️ Creating a new interior window opening
✔️ Installing new plexiglass
✔️ New drywall, texture, and paint
✔️ A completely rebuilt reception desk

The result is a cleaner, brighter, and more functional space that better serves both staff and visitors.

Good remodeling isn't always about dramatic before-and-after photos.

Sometimes it's about making a space work better while making it look effortless.

A common question we get:

“How long does a bathroom remodel take?”

The honest answer is: it depends on the scope.

A simple guest bathroom may be much faster than a primary bathroom with plumbing changes, custom tile, glass, new vanity, lighting, wallpaper, or layout changes.

Some things also depend on outside timing, like countertops, shower glass, specialty materials, inspections, or design selections.

A good contractor should be able to give you a realistic schedule — not just the fastest-sounding answer.

Fast is great.

But organized and done properly is better.

Demo day is exciting, but it’s also where a lot of important things begin.

Once walls, tile, cabinets, or flooring are removed, we may discover things that were not visible before:

Old plumbing
Water damage
Electrical issues
Uneven framing
Structural concerns
Previous work that was not done properly

This doesn’t mean something went wrong.

It means the project is moving from “what we can see” to “what is actually there.”

That’s why having the right contractor matters.

You want someone who knows how to identify issues, explain them clearly, and handle them properly.
