⚡ THE FUTURE OF THE ELECTRICAL TRADE STARTS HERE! ⚡

We’re excited and honored to have been invited to participate in the 2026 Blount County Career Exploration Fair tomorrow, October 20th, hosted by the Blount Partnership! 🔌👷‍♂️

More than 1,500 middle school students from Blount County, Maryville, and Alcoa schools are expected to attend, exploring career opportunities and getting hands-on experience with local businesses!

At Cooper Electrical Systems, we believe the skilled trades offer some of the most rewarding career opportunities available. 💪

💡 A career in electrical work is about so much more than pulling wire and installing outlets. It involves engineering concepts, mathematics, critical thinking, technology, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

🎓 You don’t necessarily need a four-year college degree to build a successful, well-paying career.

⚡ And with the right training, work ethic, and ambition, the opportunities for advancement and entrepreneurship are tremendous!

We’re not just building electrical systems. We’re passionate about helping build the next generation of skilled professionals.

We’re looking forward to meeting these young students, challenging a few misconceptions about the trades, and hopefully inspiring some future electricians, engineers, and business owners along the way!

A huge thank-you to the Blount Partnership for investing in our community’s future and inviting us to be part of it! 🙌

📍 Hilton Knoxville Airport, Alcoa, TN
📅 Tuesday, October 20 | 9 AM – 2 PM

⚡🔋 WHEN THE GRID GOES DOWN, THE CYBERTRUCK STEPS UP. 🔋⚡

We just wrapped up another Tesla-powered installation, and this one turned out CLEAN. 👌

This project included:
🔴 Tesla PowerShare

🔴 A dedicated essential-load subpanel

***EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 💡 - MAC***

We're bringing back our employee Spotlight series to introduce some of our newest employees, starting with the one and only Mac Eller!

Mac comes to us as a rockstar apprentice and brings a little over a year of hands-on commercial and industrial electrical experience to the crew. Mac takes pride in his work, enjoys learning new things, and isn’t afraid to ask questions or take on a challenge. He’s excited to continue growing in the electrical trade and build a long-term career in the industry.

Outside of work, Mac enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, cooking, working on projects around the house, and especially going to Tennessee college football games (even if he looses $10 bets on them to Mason 🤪). He recently moved to Knoxville and is enjoying getting settled into the area and being closer to all the action on Rocky Top. 🏈🍊

We’re glad to have Mac on the team and look forward to watching him continue to grow with us! ⚡🔌

---------

Mac got his start working on a 1.2-million-square-foot warehouse project, where he gained experience with everything from 120/277V circuits and lighting to large equipment and raceway installations. He brings experience including work on large-scale warehouse projects, switchgear, transformers, conduit, lighting, disconnects, circuits, and equipment installations.

He’s also continuing his education through electrical school and is always looking for opportunities to expand his knowledge and become a better electrician.

🇺🇸⚡️ BREAKING: We had an unexpected visitor on the job site today… 😳

After inspecting the Cooper Electrical Systems operation, President Trump had this to say:

“Cooper Electrical Systems — tremendous company. Maybe the best electrical company in Tennessee. Everybody knows it. The workmanship? Incredible. The conduit? Beautiful. Nobody bends conduit like these guys. People are talking about it everywhere.

They answer the phone, they actually show up, and they do what they say they’re going to do — very unusual these days, believe me.

We’re going to make electrical work great again. And Cooper? They’re already doing it. Tremendous people. Tremendous electricians. Probably the best. Everyone knows it.” 🇺🇸⚡️😂

Apparently he was in Tennessee for the Tennessee–Texas game and just couldn’t resist stopping by to see what all the fuss was about. 😎

Politics aside, we’ll take the compliment. 😜
