Mark Wagner Septic Inspections Septic System Inspection and Repair,
Crawlspace repairs, especially with otter and racoon remediation Otters do not use septic systems.

I have been inspecting septic systems for three years now, and have been doing a variety of odd jobs in the San Juans for 10 years. I first started thinking about on-site septic systems when I met Craig Starr working on a job site in about 2007, and I have been grateful for Craig's help and advice through the years. On site septic systems, (also known as on-site sewer systems, septic system, on-si

te sanitation systems) usually have some sort of treatment tank and a drain-field that distributes the treated water to ground for further treatment. Some systems have additional treatment methods, often to create an aerobic bacteria environment. They prefer cave-like crawlspaces or unlocked sheds near the waterfront. They apparently eat shell-fish and they defecate where they live, and their living space becomes an awful mess with a powerful stench that emanates up through the floor into the house. So, I also clean up otter poop and install otter exclusion systems. If you have persistent otters who want back in, I can help!

Proteases break down protein-based soils including blood, urine, food, f***s, wine and other beverages.
Lipases break down fat molecules like oils and grease.
Amylases break down starch molecules like eggs, sugars, sauces, ice cream, gravy.
Cellulases are used to soften fabric and restore color to fibers made up of cellulose material. They also remove particulate soil and reduce fabric graying and pilling.

Public Service Announcement: if you lose the stainless screw in for the connections box inside a septic riser: don’t even put in a screw in. Only use stainless steel screws because down the road the result is evil, as non-stainless steel rusts into a ferrous oxide mess that’s near impossible to remove.
