Let's talk COVID-19 precautions. Today's category we would like to further discuss is social distancing. CarrollCo, Inc. will practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet between persons during the workday, including when employees are performing work at the Company’s facilities and at customers’ homes; coming and going from vehicles; and entering and exiting buildings or other structures. If necessary, different entrances will be established to maintain social distancing.

Physical distancing will include:
 Providing at least 6 feet between desks in open work spaces.
 Preloading materials onto Company vehicles so employees can arrive at the facility and immediately leave for installations.
 Enforcing 6 feet distance between employees in Company vehicles and limiting the number of employees in a vehicle to those able to safely practice social distancing.
 Using videoconferencing or teleconferencing when possible for trainings and work-related meetings and gatherings.
 When videoconferencing or teleconferencing is not possible, holding training and meetings in open, well-ventilated spaces and not using conference rooms and other areas that are not well-ventilated.
 Canceling, adjusting, or postponing large work-related meetings or gatherings that can only occur in-person.
 Limiting use of rooms, including break rooms and offices, to the number of individuals able to safely practice social distancing of at least 6 feet within the room.
CarrollCo, Inc. will also enforce physical distancing when employees are in customers’ homes.

Let's talk COVID-19 precautions. Today's category we would like to further discuss is daily employee screening procedures. Employee screenings will be conducted before beginning work and in a private area at or near the entrance to the facility.
All employees will be screened for febrile respiratory illness as follows:

1. Employees’ temperature may be taken using a no-contact temporal thermometer (fever is a temperature of 100.4 degrees F or higher).
2. Employees will be asked if they have any of the COVID-19 symptoms: fever; cough; shortness of breath etc.
3. Employees will be asked if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, which is defined as someone who has spent 15 minutes or more time within 6 feet or less of the patient while unmasked.

If an employee has a fever or says yes to any of these symptoms or was close to a positive patient etc., the employee will be sent home immediately to self-isolate and informed they must notify all close contacts to quarantine themselves for 14 days from the last known contact with the employee.

If employees have no fever or respiratory symptoms and said no to the other questions, they will be instructed to wash their hands before they can begin work and reminded that they need to wear a face covering, follow social distancing, practice frequent hand hygiene; and clean their workspace throughout the workday.

Customers will also be asked to complete a screening regarding COVID-19 symptoms for all occupants of the household the day before their in-home installation appointment. If the customer passes the screening, the employee performing the installation will follow-up with the customer on the way to the appointment to confirm the information from the screening has not changed. Employees will not be permitted to enter the home of a customer who answers yes to any question on the screening for any member of the household.

Let's talk COVID-19 precautions. Todays category we would like to further discuss is Employee Education. Prior to returning to work from shelter-in-place, at the time of hire and throughout employment, CarrollCo, Inc. will educate all employees in a language that is readily understandable about how they can reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the latest information from the CDC and Cal/OSHA.

We discussed procedures like cleaning and disinfection, and policies on illness. Some additional precautions we would like to share:

 Inform Human Resources if they have a sick housemate with COVID-19 or if they came
in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 while unmasked.
 How an infected person can spread COVID-19 and to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and
mouth with unwashed hands.
 Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as tools, workstations, computer keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.
 Avoid using other employees’ tools, phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment, when possible. If necessary, clean and disinfect them before and after use.
 Practice social distancing by avoiding employee gatherings and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.
 Wear a face covering to protect persons around the employee when combined with physical distancing and frequent hand washing.
 Avoid non-essential travel if possible and check CDC prior to travel.
 Telework from home when possible.
