Elevated Deck Waterproofing

We’re pleased to work with on this multi-story project where the details make or break the long-term performance.

The project includes 91 elevated plywood decks, each one needing the right prep and the right waterproofing approach. We’re handling door pans, wall-to-wall flashing, and flashing striping with overlay, plus we’ll repair and correct slope where needed so water moves the way it should.

Because slope issues and compromised under-deck conditions can’t be ignored, MACoat was selected as the system to address those real-world challenges, especially where traditional methods fall short.
