Quiring’s Director of Operations Stevan Garcia and IT Manager JJ Zepeda attended Autodesk University (AU) in Las Vegas, an annual conference that brings construction and design professionals together to explore the latest technology and share ideas. 💡

For Quiring, opportunities like AU help us stay current and evaluate how new tools can support stronger coordination, better workflows, and easier access to information for our projects. Having our team members come back to share these new ideas helps us connect what’s emerging in the industry with what our teams need to keep Quiring at the forefront of construction. 🦺

September was a generous month, proven by the work of our team. Quiring teammates across our sites, though physically separated, united in a shared effort to support our community. Throughout the month, they collected food donations for the Alameda County Community Food Bank () , helping provide meals for our neighbors facing food insecurity. 🍎

This drive was made possible by the collective effort of our teammates, who put their care for the community into action. We’re glad to support the food bank’s ongoing work to make nutritious food accessible throughout Alameda County. 💙

Quiring is proud to share the completion of the Donald E. Gumz Enology Building, a 3,600 SF tenant improvement within an existing one-story facility on the Fresno State campus. 🍇

The project supports Fresno State’s viticulture and agricultural programs with modernized research and preparation environments designed to support w**e and brewing research. 🔬

Key features & upgrades:

🔹 Former press room and w**e cellar converted into dedicated research areas
🔹 Two lab preparation areas and a locker room
🔹 Rebuilt cold box and cold room with new insulated enclosures and refrigeration systems
🔹 Upgrades to the building structure, roof, utility infrastructure, HVAC, and fire/life-safety systems

Thank you to Fresno State, our trade partners, collaborators, and the entire Quiring team for helping bring this project to completion. 🏗️
