Quiring is proud to share the completion of the Donald E. Gumz Enology Building, a 3,600 SF tenant improvement within an existing one-story facility on the Fresno State campus. 🍇

The project supports Fresno State’s viticulture and agricultural programs with modernized research and preparation environments designed to support wine and brewing research. 🔬

Key features & upgrades:

🔹 Former press room and wine cellar converted into dedicated research areas
🔹 Two lab preparation areas and a locker room
🔹 Rebuilt cold box and cold room with new insulated enclosures and refrigeration systems
🔹 Upgrades to the building structure, roof, utility infrastructure, HVAC, and fire/life-safety systems

Our Bay Area team recently spent an evening at Lucky Strike, where team members and their families came together for bowling, food, drinks, and plenty of time to hang out. With fun competition and 'striking' moments throughout the night, it was a great opportunity to enjoy each other’s company in a different setting.🙌
