This beautiful new garage was a group effort by a few of our quality subcontractors !!! CM Sengstock for the demo & masonary work , Jim w/ Attica Lumber for a great new building , We did the electrical , Fremont Overhead Door for the doors & operators & Josh Kromer did the seamless gutters !!! What a great collaboration of skilled craftsman !!! we provided a large enclosed trailer for him to store his stuff during the process !!!

Thanks Seth for having us in your home !! We opened this lil bathroom up a bit with a “neo-round” shower & removing the headwall , new electrical , plumbing , drywall , prime & paint LVT (luxury vinyl tile) & new trim !!!
Replaced their other 2 exhaust fans
removed some birds from their attic & installed new screen on the gable vents
AND covered a window well !!

Check out this transformation !!! This big “back room” (an old farm house porch) was just utilized for storage & laundry & with the growing family Ryan & Anna hired us to convert into a full bath & laundry room !!! Also the same new LVT throughout the kitchen & existing bath !! So beings this was an old porch we had to demo thru the layers of flooring , subfloors & underlayment , to find bark covered log framing & years of trash … cans , bottles , china & big bones (1st time ever in 47 years) BUT we got it all cleaned out , reframed & transformed it into this beautiful space !!
