This one was rough for the homeowner—every month like clockwork, the sewer would back up and they couldn’t use any water in the house. At a certain point, patchwork repairs stop making sense, and it’s time to solve the problem the right way.

We dug up the old cast iron sewer line and replaced it with new Schedule 40 PVC, making sure everything was properly supported with A2 modified stone for long-term stability.

While the floor was open, we also installed three new floor drains, a toilet rough-in, and a laundry tub hookup to improve the space moving forward.

This is the kind of work we take pride in—finding the real issue, correcting it the right way, and putting in something built to last. No shortcuts, no temporary fixes—just solid work we stand behind.

At the end of the day, it’s about leaving a system better than we found it and doing a job we’re proud to put our name on.

The property had a broken house trap, and the sewer line was improperly graded, causing back fall to the main line. We replaced the entire line and corrected the grading to ensure proper flow to the main. The issue was fully resolved, and the work was completed for the homeowner and successfully passed inspection!

It’s been a while since we’ve posted, and a lot has changed behind the scenes. This past year has been a big one for us—with new management, fresh goals, and an even stronger commitment to serving our community.

We’re still the same family-owned plumbing company you know, just with a renewed focus on quality, reliability, and taking care of our customers the right way. Whether it’s everyday plumbing, gas line work, water heaters, or well systems—we’ve been hard at work and are excited to show more of what we do.

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that Nussbaumer Plumbing will remain open through this pandemic. We have always, and will continue to provide the best service we can to our customers in need! We've always taken every precaution we can to prevent the spread of germs and viruses as we work around pretty dirty areas most of the time. We are even being more cautious and we are equipped with N95 masks and respirators if need be, also we are being sure to sanitize before and after we arrive and leave a customers home. While we know the risks of this new virus, we are deemed life essential at this time and we are absolutely committed to serving you for your plumbing needs.
