Our cant turner is a necessity on our re-saw line. This machine rotates a cant at ease so it can be positioned correctly to be cut from another side. It’s also super cool to watch, so please enjoy!

Sharpening our double cut bandsaws! These are specialized blades that have teeth on both edges allowing it to cut in either direction. We use these blades in our mill because fast and consistent cutting is important to us!

We are super excited to share some footage from the last few days where we completely replaced one of our head saws at our mill. As you can see, the rain didn’t stop us from getting this done!

This is our manual bench, where our saws are carefully worked on and maintained by hand. Keeping each saw properly tensioned, straight, and ready to cut is an important part of keeping our mill running efficiently and producing quality lumber.
