Two story addition in Greenbank completed Summer 2024. Master suite and office upstairs. Studio apartment downstairs. Homeowners lived in the existing house while we built the addition. We opened up the wall connecting the two structures near the end of the job.

Complete renovation of beachfront home in Coupeville. I grew up across the street and my dad did original remodel/additions for this home back in 1993. Very cool to be a part of updating this 1960s cabin once again, even if it meant tearing out most the work my dad did 30 years ago!
