Sometimes the best accessibility solution is already part of the home.

When parents moved into their new home, steps between the garage and the house created a challenge for wheelchair access.

They wanted a ramp inside the garage that would provide a safe, protected way into the home while still keeping one of their two garage bays available for their car.

Mobility Construction designed and installed a custom L-shaped ramp that makes smart use of the existing garage s**ce and ends before the second garage bay.

The result is a safer, more accessible entrance without giving up the garage s**ce the family still needs.

It's all about finding the right solution for the home and the people who live there.

Read our latest blog, “From Steps to a Safer Way In,” to see how Mobility Construction turned existing garage s**ce into an accessible path home.
