Part 2 of an epic landscape renovation 🔥

Much like the front yard, the back contained unkempt rock beds, including overgrown saw grass near the HVAC unit.

To match the front, the back beds were stripped, lined with w**d preventative fabric and encompassed with fresh black mulch.

Afterwards, the arbor vitae bed along the fence was finished off with brand new outdoor lighting (as well as in the front), to give this entire property a whole new feel 🙌

🌿 From “Ow…” to “WOW.” 🤩

This front landscape was long overdue for a complete overhaul and the final result completely changed the look and feel of this home.

Here’s what went into bringing this project to life:

• Removed the existing old overgrowth, and decorative stone before regrading the beds to create a clean foundation.

• Installed an archaic-style retaining wall to create the perfect focal point for a elegant Japanese Maple centerpiece.

• Installed w**d preventive fabric throughout the bed to help minimize unwanted growth and reduce future maintenance.

• Planted a combination of round and cone-shaped boxwoods, along with bright white Vinca flowers for a fresh pop of seasonal color.

• Installed our hidden drip irrigation system, with drip lines surrounding each plant, main-line connected to an automatic timer at the outdoor spigot; delivering water directly where each plant needs it while eliminating the hassle of ducking and dodging overhead sprinklers.

• Finished the project with premium black mulch and decorative river stone, creating a clean, modern appearance while improving water drainage from gutters.

The result is a fresh, low-maintenance landscape that widens the eyes and enhances this home’s curb appeal, built to thrive for years to come.
