This deck had significant rot, so we tore out and replaced the damaged floor joists, then reinstalled new deck boards to make it safe, sound, and sturdy again.

Summer essentials—this property has that easygoing, off-the-grid feel, complete with an outdoor shower that signals warmer days ahead. A longtime customer of my father’s, and one of those spots that officially marks the start of the season when it’s time to come de-winterize and get everything flowing again.
