Forms are set, rebar is in, and the crew is placing and finishing the slab, with the pump running and the power trowel working it smooth.

201 East Schubert Street is getting started.

Four bedrooms, four baths plus a powder room, a game room, and a pool out back, right here in Fredericksburg. The existing retaining wall is coming out and a new one is going in, and the guys are working through the building height to meet the historic district requirements for the City of Fredericksburg.

We're doing another gorgeous Airbnb with our friends at , and we'll keep y'all posted as this one comes together.

903 Llano is officially taking off! 🏡

Foundation is poured on our newest short-term rental project in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas.

This one is being built from the ground up with one goal in mind: create an incredible Hill Country getaway designed for groups, families, and weekends in w**e country.

When complete, 903 Llano will feature 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths + a powder bath, multiple gathering spaces, a large covered outdoor patio, pool, and private pickleball court.

The plans call for over 3,300 SF of living space, plus more than 400 SF of outdoor patio space.
