We are transforming this historic apple packing plant into 121 affordable housing units to revitalize the city’s North End. Over the course of the project, we will preserve the historic buildings unique character while updating it for modern affordable housing needs.

Construction blasting is currently underway at our Meritus Student Housing project in Hagerstown, MD. This initiative involves erecting three four-story buildings for graduate housing, totaling 182 units. The aim is to accommodate the proposed Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, which is scheduled to welcome its first class in the fall of 2025. Blasting operations are essential for rock removal at the site, facilitating smooth excavation and construction processes.

Construction is coming along nicely at our Foundry Square Apartments project in Frederick, MD. This project includes the construction of a 180,808 SF state-of-the-art intergeneration apartment community with 152 homes. Two historic buildings are being renovated and three new apartment buildings are being constructed. The new construction includes a family building and two senior buildings that are connected by a breezeway and a pedestrian path below.

Designed by Grimm + Parker Architects and developed by Osprey Property Company and Pax Edwards, this 149,246 SF, 120-unit affordable multi-family community includes three new construction residential buildings and the conversion of the former residence onsite into a community clubhouse and amenity space.
Morgan-Keller Specialty Construction recently completed Kellerton Community Center. This project included the ground up construction of a two-story community center and outdoor pool in a new luxurious community.
The new center includes a fitness center, a community meeting room, event space, and a dog washing area. Morgan-Keller worked - Land Bay B, LLC, and Architect- Sutton Yantis Associates with inspiration from the Keller Family and Ausherman Properties.

Morgan-Keller recently completed 66 Logistics Center in Manassas, VA. This project included the new construction of a one-story, 121,672 SF, one-story concrete tilt warehouse with 1.9 acres of outdoor storage and 700 feet of frontage on Interstate 66. The 32-foot-tall building has 29 loading docks.
