Many homeowners don't realize that conditioned air can be lost through small leaks in their ductwork before it ever reaches the rooms it's meant to heat or cool.

When ducts leak, your HVAC system may have to work harder to maintain a comfortable temperature, which can impact energy use, airflow, and overall comfort throughout the home. ⚠️ Important Update for BGE Customers ⚠️

Starting August 1, BGE will be reducing rebate incentives by $2/MMBtu, resulting in approximately 10% lower rebates for qualifying home energy improvements.

If you've been considering insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, or HVAC upgrades, now is the time to act. By getting started before the rebate change takes effect, you can lock in the current, higher rebate amount and maximize your savings.

To ensure we have enough time to complete and submit the required paperwork, please contact us no later than July 24.

If you already have a proposal with us, no action is needed. This rebate change will not affect your project. We'll be reaching out soon to complete the rebate paperwork and secure the rebate amount included in your signed contract.

Don't leave money on the table. Please take advantage of the current rebate levels while they're still available!
