Front door is painted, sod has been placed, almost all the interior finishes have been installed….waiting on some pendant lights for the oversized kitchen island topped with gorgeous quartz, some bathroom mirrors, and a few other details. 5 bedrooms, 41/2 baths, office/den, balanced floor plan…will be on the market soon. We really enjoyed building this special home in Mount Washington.

Community Service
Recently, Zahler Construction & Development, LLC was honored to participate in a community service project at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School. One of our son’s friends conceived, designed, built and implemented this outdoor classroom as his Eagle Scout Project, becoming and Eagle Scout at just 14 years old! Along with his troop, we helped install the custom bench seats, white board, podium, mulch and trees that will service students for many years to come. Congrats to the Taylor Family! Marty Taylor
