Builders National Cooperative “BNC” provides small to mid-sized home builders outsources plan and logistics services at no upfront costs. Our product gives any builder the tools a large home builder has without spending years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop. Our package includes:
-Line of production house plans.
-Scope of work defended with hand selected contractors for each trade

per market.
-Pricing defended for base homes and all options with contractors per market.
-Full interactive production budgets.
-Full interactive production schedules. Because each homebuilder that is a member of our organization is constructing the same floorplans with the same options and using mostly the same sub-contractors we are able to have efficiencies and economies of scale that are far greater than our members could achieve on their own. This leads to better pricing, better service and our clients spend less time managing each build. There is no upfront cost. All our clients pay is a $3,000 per job cost to produce a house specific set of permit ready construction documents for any of our house plans. In addition BNC receives a flat fee or percentage fee from the majority of the sub-contractors that have bid components for plans but those costs are already in our published pricing. This program is designed for professional, credit worthy builders producing below 50 units per year and operating in a market are covered by BNC.
