Stay away. You're a transaction, not a client. Dealt with Ken. Incredibly rude. As a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what the costs were. I saw $16/sqft online, so figured that was what it would cost. I learned I was wrong, which is fine (I was and am perfectly willing to pay the right price), but the manner in which I was told that number was wrong was insulting. As someone who works in sales, I educate my clients. If they come to me with a low price expectation, I ask what has led them to that number and reset expectations. Ken, however, decided to be rude, condescending, and when I told him that attitude lost my business and I would be leaving this review, he then went after my professionalism. I simply said if he doesn't want negative reviews, then treat your clients better. Stay away from these folks. You're a transaction, not a client.
