A quick jobsite conversation with Randy turned into a lesson on just how important communication is between the homeowner, architect, builder, and trades, especially when details have to be exact.

That’s the beauty (and complexity) of building custom. It’s not just about designing what looks good, it’s about making sure it all works together.
