The Hamilton Hotel restoration in Downtown Hagerstown, MD, showcases our expertise in tackling complex, high-stakes projects. This 7,500 sq. ft. historic property faced significant challenges, including structural damage and collapsed floors, as highlighted in this article: https://loom.ly/5fBWKPo

Every great project starts with a solid foundation—both literally and figuratively. For the US Postal Service facility in Boonsboro, that foundation was rooted in collaboration, precision, and purpose. Partnering with Frederick, Seibert and Associates, Inc. and Bushey Feight Morin Architects Inc., we constructed an optimized shell building that set the stage for USPS’s vision to come to life.

Our work didn’t stop there. We returned to complete the site enhancements, delivering a seamless, efficient, and functional exterior. From expertly designed parking areas to stormwater management facilities that meet BMP standards, every detail was executed with care and precision to ensure a sustainable and high-performing site.

This weekend, we had the privilege of joining The Frederick Rescue Mission, BMC - Business Management Company, Inc., and others for their Christmas Mission at the Clarion Inn Frederick Event Center.

With 60 volunteers, we helped bring joy to over 300 families and 800 individuals through toys, cookies, hot cocoa, and, most importantly, the message of hope and love shared by Pastor Leo Bermudez and his daughter Becky.

We help build things.

In our center, we help nonprofits grow into the kinds of community agencies that make a difference for individuals and families. It's the kind of building that's not always easy to see. Who doesn't appreciate a good looking dog in a construction hat?

We wear a lot of hats in our nonprofit center...property management, relationship manager, defacto IT experts and plumbers 🤣...just like every nonprofit everywhere.
