Another landscape transformation wrapping up in Mount Airy, Maryland! 🌱
This project was a big one, and we’re proud of how it’s coming together.
We started by completely de-weeding and clearing approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of existing landscape beds and converting that space into a new tall fescue lawn, tying it directly into the existing tall fescue side yard.
Here’s what went into this project:
• Removed 30+ shrubs by the root
• Graded and prepared 1,800+ sq. ft.
• Hauled away approximately 24 cubic yards of green waste
• Removed 8 cubic yards of excess fill
• Removed another 2 cubic yards of miscellaneous waste
• Installed 1,800 sq. ft. of fresh tall fescue sod
• Transplanted several existing plants
• Installed a new front-entry plant package featuring two hydrangeas and two beautiful crape myrtles, including a stunning red-blooming, dark-leaf variety
We’ve got roughly another 5–6 hours of cleanup and final details before this one is officially in the books. The crew is working hard to stay on schedule and leave the property looking clean and finished.
