Double the rebuilds, double the craftsmanship! Our Ann Arbor front and back porch project is officially complete, and what a difference! 💪

🏡 FRONT PORCH: Completely rebuilt from the footings up with a compacted 21AA crushed concrete base, new block inner walls, and beautiful homeowner-approved matching brick with St. Mary's Type-N mortar. We topped it off with a reinforced 4500 PSI concrete porch cap, a new poured step, and concrete pad.

🏡 BACK PORCH & PATIO: Out with the old and in with the new! We installed a fresh 4-inch, 4500 PSI reinforced concrete patio and two brand-new poured steps, complete with control joints and a clean, light broom finish.

We're kicking off another exciting Bethel project, and this time we're rebuilding TWO porches at one home! 💪

🏡 FRONT PORCH: We're taking it down to the footings and rebuilding from the ground up! That means a compacted 21AA crushed concrete base, new block inner walls, and beautiful homeowner-approved matching brick with St. Mary's Type-N mortar. We'll finish with a reinforced 4500 PSI concrete porch cap, a new poured step, and a fresh concrete pad.

🏡 BACK PORCH & PATIO: This area is also getting a complete makeover! After demolition and proper base preparation, we'll pour a new 4-inch, 4500 PSI concrete patio reinforced with 10-gauge wire mesh, along with two brand-new concrete steps.

Our crew cleaned and rebuilt the steps over a freshly compacted 21AA crushed concrete and slag sand base, carefully reinstalled the original pavers, secured the copings as needed, and replaced four damaged pavers with homeowner-provided brick.

Another Bethel paver restoration is underway, and we're giving these steps the attention they deserve! 💪

Our crew is starting with a thorough power wash and cleaning before carefully removing the existing pavers. We'll then rebuild and compact the foundation using 21AA crushed concrete and slag sand, creating a solid, properly leveled base.

Next, we'll reinstall the original pavers in their existing footprint, secure the copings as needed, and replace four damaged pavers using homeowner-provided brick.

✅ 🧱 FROM ROOFTOP REBUILD TO FRESH BRICKWORK -ROCHESTER HILLS IS COMPLETE! 🔥 🏡

Another Bethel transformation is officially wrapped up, and the results look fantastic! 💪

Our crew rebuilt 14 courses of chimney brickwork using approximately 112 bricks and St. Mary's Type-N mortar. We finished it off with a two-course corbeled drip edge, a brand-new 4500 PSI concrete crown reinforced with fiber mesh, and a new flue cover for lasting weather protection.

But we didn't stop at the chimney! We also replaced approximately 30 damaged bricks around the home and restored 10 linear feet of deteriorated mortar joints through professional tuckpointing.

Our crew will begin by grinding transition areas, sealing cracks and control joints with polyurethane sealant, and installing Structural Reinforcement Mesh (SRM) across the existing surfaces for added strength and durability.

Next comes the transformation! We'll install the homeowner's selected Vuba Stone color and style, complete with decorative borders around all three columns for that extra touch of curb appeal! ✨

Another Bethel transformation is underway! Our crew is setting up scaffolding approximately 25 feet high to remove and rebuild 14 courses of chimney brickwork, totaling approximately 112 bricks, using St. Mary's Type-N mortar. 💪

We're finishing the rebuild with a two-course corbeled drip edge, a new 4500 PSI commercial-grade concrete crown reinforced with fiber mesh, and a new flue cover for added weather protection.

But we're not stopping there! We'll also be replacing approximately 30 damaged bricks around the home and restoring 10 linear feet of deteriorated mortar joints through professional tuckpointing. 🧱
