There's a lot happening at this property! Our crew is currently rebuilding the front porch, restoring the paver patio, completing tuckpointing and brick repairs, and installing a beautiful new exposed aggregate walkway with decorative black-stained borders. 💪🔥

The photos show one of the exciting stages of the project as we put the finishing touches on the walkway borders. It's always fun to see the decorative details come together before the final reveal! ✨

✅✨ Paver Restoration & Wall Rebuild Complete in Plymouth! 🏡🧱

This outdoor living space received a complete refresh from start to finish! Our crew power washed and restored approximately 450 sq. ft. of pavers and steps, releveled settled areas, rebuilt a failing wall and column using homeowner-approved block, and installed new caps for a clean, updated appearance. 💪🔥

We also removed and reinstalled sections of pavers over a properly prepared base, finished the project with 100% polymeric sand, and locked everything into place for long-term durability and performance. ✨

✅🧱 Major Masonry & Stairwell Restoration Complete in Warren! 🏡🔥

This project had a little bit of everything - and the results turned out fantastic! We also included a couple of in-progress photos to give everyone a behind-the-scenes look at the work involved before the finished product comes together. From chimney repairs and tuckpointing to block work, concrete, and limestone installation, our crew tackled multiple areas of the property to restore both function and curb appeal. 💪✨

The project included rebuilding one chimney, constructing new crack-resistant concrete crowns, repairing deteriorated mortar joints, rebuilding the stairwell walls with reinforced block and weep holes, pouring new concrete steps with proper rise and height, and installing a beautiful new limestone door sill. 🧱🏗️

Things are moving right along on this backyard transformation! Our crew has the forms, wire mesh, and reinforcement rods in place, the custom fire pit has been built, and approximately 56 bricks around the kitchen window have been replaced and are looking great. 💪🧱

Now we're keeping a close eye on the forecast! If Michigan weather cooperates, we'll be pouring the 4500 PSI stamped concrete patio this coming Wednesday. 🌤️🤞

The groundwork is done, the details are coming together, and we're getting closer to revealing this beautiful new outdoor living space.

From excavation and base preparation to the installation of 21aa crushed concrete, wire mesh, and rebar reinforcement, every step plays an important role in creating a finished product that's built to last. 💪🧱

From start to finish, this masonry restoration project came together beautifully! Our crew ground out and replaced approximately 90 feet of deteriorated mortar, installed fresh St. Mary's Type-N mortar, replaced damaged brick, and completed additional sealing work with backer rod and self-leveling polyurethane to help protect against future moisture intrusion. 💪

These repairs not only improve the appearance of the home but also help strengthen and preserve the masonry for years to come. 🔥
