If you manage a commercial property you know that pallets really pile up after a while.

They are used once and then are to be disposed of properly. But sometimes these pallets end up in places they are not supposed to be. Places such as behind buildings, on the lawn or even in pedestrian crosswalks!

Bollards are very susceptible to outside conditions. Whether it's the weather, vehicles, or defacement over time they can become pretty unsightly.

Part of our site inspectors routine is to inspect our clients properties for issues with bollards. Bent out of place, missing or rusty bollards like the one pictured are all reported directly to our landscaping and sweeping clients.

One thing you might not know about winter weather...

It affects curb stops too! Often after a snowfall clears we see many problems that were hidden. Out of place curb stops are hazards due to the metal rebar sticking out of the ground which can be a tripping issue.
