NOTICE OF PUBLIC BID: SALE OF SURPLUS MUNICIPAL PROPERTY
TOWN OF FARMERSVILLE
The town board of the Town of Farmersville is currently accepting
sealed, written bids for the sale of the following surplus vehicle:
2015 Chevy 3500 Crew Cab with 6 ½ ft box with 105,000 miles, It runs but it is in Lymph mode. There is a replacement box that goes with it.
Vehicle will be available for inspection at the town hwy building
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BID AND SALE:
1. Established Reserve Price: Pursuant to Board authorization, a minimum reserve price
has been established at $5000.00
2. Sale: The vehicle is sold strictly ;As-Is, Where-Is The Municipality makes no
warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, usability, or merchantability of the
property. Submission Guidelines: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope
to the town clerk by August 12, 2026
6. Reservation of Rights: The Municipal Board explicitly reserves the right to waive any
informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best
financial interest of the municipality
