All crews are out and working as hard as they possibly can with little to no sleep. Everything is rock solid! A 20 min push now turned into an hour. Sidewalks are frozen and it takes shovelers longer. They are doing the best that they can while working in below freezing conditions. Any customers that are on our schedule, thank you for being patient. If you need to have services sooner and are listed on our schedule feel free to contact another local to you. We understand, we hope you do too! This is not a typical storm, this is something that will take time. Stay safe & Warm.
