This project transformed the existing outdoor space into a beautiful covered porch. We constructed the new porch from the ground up, tying it seamlessly into the existing home.

The finished space features a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling, recessed lighting, new decking and railings, and a custom wood burning fireplace finished with stone from floor to ceiling. The open design keeps the porch connected to the backyard while providing plenty of covered living space.

A great example of how an underused backyard area can be turned into one of the best spaces in the home!!

🏡 Taking shape from the ground up!

Framing is underway on this custom addition, designed to connect the home with the new in-ground pool and create the ultimate space for entertaining.

This addition will feature a third-car garage, private office, full bathroom with steam shower, vaulted family room, and full kitchenette—all opening toward the pool. A new covered porch aligned with the pool will bring everything together and create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.
