After earning his BS in Engineering from Texas A&M, he dove into residential infrastructure, designing everything from foundation plans to road layouts. But he didn’t stop there—Sam spotted a gap in architectural plans and began crafting his own. His entrepreneurial side kicked in and it fueled his drive to build something lasting. Meet the Team! Jenny Arnold- Director of Sales
Jenny grew up in College Station, Texas, and is a proud member of the Fightin' Texas A&M University Class of 2005. She spent many years with the City of College Station Parks and Recreation Department, serving as Director of the Kids Klub Afterschool Program, before beginning her real estate career in 2013.

Over the past 12 years, Jenny has worked closely with Zeb and the Hood family in their real estate and homebuilding endeavors and has also served as a project manager and client care specialist on several custom home and remodel projects.

Now residing in Franklin, TX, Jenny and her husband, Clint, are raising their two children and enjoying life in the Brazos Valley—a community she’s proud to call home.

Zeb Hood grew up in Pennsylvania, learning every aspect of homebuilding from the ground up while working alongside his father in the family construction business. After marrying his wife Leah, the couple settled in her hometown of College Station, TX where they now raise their four sons.

Since 2006, Zeb has proudly served the Brazos Valley community in a variety of construction roles, including custom and speculative homebuilding, as well as the management of large, high-density townhome projects—earning valuable experience and lasting relationships along the way.
