The first hints of fall at Lot 101 in The Arbors.

Set on 5.01 acres in the wooded hills of Leiper’s Fork, this Hewn home is taking shape among the trees. Thoughtful architecture, room to breathe, and the privacy of a gated community make this a special setting for what’s ahead.

We look forward to sharing more as construction progresses. Message us to learn more about this home.

Fall settles in at The Arbors. 🍂

Golden leaves catch the sunlight along the creek, a quiet glimpse of the season in the wooded hills of Leiper’s Fork. It’s the kind of setting that invites you to stay outside a little longer.

We don’t start with a floor plan. We start with the land.

How the property slopes, how much of it is usable and what you want to do there all help shape the design. Room for a barn? Space for animals? Those plans matter just as much as the home itself.

At HEWN, our knowledge of Middle Tennessee helps guide those early decisions. We take the time to understand the property and your long-term goals before putting plans on paper.

Already own land or still looking? Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

The lowest-priced lot isn’t always the least expensive place to build.

Sometimes, spending a little more on the right property can mean fewer challenges and lower costs down the road. At HEWN, we help you look beyond the purchase price and understand what it will take to build the home you envision on that land.

Have a property in mind? Let’s walk through the possibilities before you buy.

Lot 11 at Blackberry Ridge is taking shape beautifully. Framed by mature trees, this Franklin home’s stonework and deep exterior tones feel right at home in the surrounding landscape.

At Hewn, the connection between a home and its setting is part of the design from the very beginning.

Your favorite seat in the house might be right here.

Warm wood cabinetry, brass accents and a sculpted range hood give this kitchen its character. A working pantry with a sink, ice maker and beverage cooler makes it easy to welcome a few more guests, too.

The right home starts with the right spot.

Whether you’re building on a quarter-acre or 250 acres, where your home sits deserves as much thought as what goes inside. At HEWN, we consider the land, the exterior design and the feeling of each room from the very beginning. Your home should belong in its setting and feel like you when you step inside.
