Location: Franklin, Indiana (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us
We operate three growing companies: a specialty roofing contractor, a metal roofing manufacturing company, and a commercial property business. We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial management across all three entities. This position is hands-on and high-impact, with increasing authority and leadership opportunity as the companies continue to scale.

Responsibilities
-Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for each company
-Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems
-Oversee job costing, margin analysis, and financial accuracy for contracting and manufacturing operations
-Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and variance tracking
-Oversee accounts payable and receivable; improve billing and collections
-Build and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts
-Manage banking relationships, debt schedules, and financing needs
-Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
-Prepare tax documentation and support CPA coordination
-Provide reporting for leadership, EOS Scorecards, and strategic planning

Qualifications
-CPA strongly preferred
-5–12 years of experience in a Controller or Senior Accountant role
-Experience in manufacturing with inventory required
-Experience in growing companies (not corporate environments)
-Strong understanding of job costing (construction or manufacturing)
-Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
-Strong communication skills and high integrity

Compensation
-Competitive salary ($100,000 – $140,000, depending on experience)
-Profit sharing and/or equity opportunities for the right long-term candidate
-Performance bonus opportunities
-Benefits and PTO offered

Schedule
-Monday–Friday
-On-site role
