📸 Flashback Friday! 💙💛

With the Brewers making their way to the World Series, we thought it was the perfect time to look back at a little baseball history!

Our founder, Bob Lee Sr., once shared the field with Milwaukee Brewers legend Bob Uecker on the 1957 Eau Claire Braves. In the team photo, Uecker is pictured in the front row, third from the right, while Bob Lee Sr. is in the top row, third from the right. Both were even selected to play on the Northern League All-Star Team together!

Decades later, Bob Sr. and Uecker reunited for a more recent photo alongside Kent Sommerfeld, Broadcast Engineer - a great reminder of this special connection to baseball history.

We’re proud to share this piece of our legacy and are cheering on the Brew Crew as they chase the ultimate prize! ⚾💙💛

In October, we wear PINK! 💗

Every Wednesday in October, you’ll find our crews sporting their Pink Lee shirts on the jobsite, in the office, and everywhere in between.

We started this tradition to show our support for those affected by breast cancer, whether they’re facing it themselves or standing beside a loved one. By wearing pink, we hope to raise awareness, show our support, and remind those impacted that they’re never alone.

Together, we wear pink for a purpose. 💗

This October, we’re reminded that hope can make a difference. 💗

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are honored to share our support for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation through our 50th Anniversary Giving Initiative.

We were proud to donate just over $20,000 to BCRF, supporting the research that brings us closer to better treatments, better outcomes and, one day, a world without breast cancer.

This month, we’re holding close in our thoughts and prayers everyone affected by breast cancer. Including those currently fighting, those in remission, those we have lost, and the families and loved ones walking alongside them. 💗

Our $100,000 Giving Initiative has been made possible because of the incredible generosity of our employees, partners, customers and friends. We are so proud and truly humbled by the support that has helped us turn 50 years of Lee into an opportunity to give back.

As part of Lee Mechanical’s 50th Anniversary Giving Initiative, we’re proud to donate $20,000 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 💚

St. Jude is working to advance research and treatment for childhood cancer and other serious diseases while helping families focus on what matters most — their children.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the incredible work being done at St. Jude and to be part of something that makes a difference for children and families across the country.

The results are in! 🏆 Lee Mechanical was named 2nd in the Extra-Large Company category at the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work celebration!

This recognition is a huge accomplishment for our company, but most importantly, it belongs to our employees. Lee Mechanical wouldn’t be what it is today without the people who show up every day, put in the work, support one another and help make Lee a great place to work.

As part of our 50th Anniversary Giving Initiative, our team was proud to present the Wisconsin Humane Society with just over $20,000 to support the incredible work they do for animals in our community. 🐾💚

We had the opportunity to tour their facility, meet some of the animals currently waiting for their forever homes, and learn more about the people and programs behind the scenes. Seeing their work firsthand made this donation feel even more meaningful.

We’re incredibly grateful for the Wisconsin Humane Society and the compassion, dedication, and care they provide to animals every day. We’re honored to support their mission and help make a difference for animals in need.

As we continue to celebrate 50 years of Lee Mechanical, it was important to us to use this milestone as an opportunity to give back to causes that reflect the values we’ve built our company around - caring for others and making a difference.

Smile Train's mission provides cleft care to children and adults around the world, helping people access the treatment and support they need to live healthier, more confident lives.

Meeting with the Smile Train team and learning more about the impact they’re making was truly meaningful. We’re proud to have raised over $20,000 for Smile Train as part of our 50th Anniversary Giving Initiative and grateful to support such an important mission. 💚
