Another Family First Friday is here! Every 6th Friday, our team gets a well-earned day off to spend time with the people who matter most. It's All About Family, and that starts with our own.

A great healthcare facility runs on more than clinical care. The administrative teams, the meeting rooms, the spaces where decisions get made matter just as much as the exam rooms. KLG builds medical office spaces designed to support every part of a facility's operation, including the environments where leadership and staff can do their best work behind the scenes.

Chip Lytle joined KLG in 2025 and serves as a Foreman, bringing experience from two and a half years with DPR and a year working independently on a residential addition.

For Chip, the most rewarding part of healthcare construction is knowing the work will help people for years to come. The spaces taking shape today will be there for patients, families, and care teams when they need them.

Outside of work, Chip enjoys playing guitar, going to the gym, spending time with his wife, and cheering on the Nashville Predators.

We’re glad to have Chip on the KLG team, helping build spaces that make a difference.

Throwback to one of our favorite days of the year! ⛳☀️

This spring, we traded hard hats for golf clubs at our team golf tournament at Vanderbilt Legends Club. There were great swings, questionable swings, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of friendly competition.

Days like this are a big part of who we are. The same teamwork, trust, and good humor that carry us through every project showed up on the course too. We work hard together, and we make time to enjoy each other's company along the way.

A fun day had by all, and we're already counting down to the next one! 🏌️

Projects may start with bare walls and open framing, but they'll always end as fully functional spaces where healthcare professionals do their best work and patients get the care they need. That transformation is what we show up for every day.

Good work doesn't happen alone. Every KLG project runs on a team that communicates, looks out for one another, and stays focused on getting it right. That culture starts on day one and carries through to the final walkthrough.
