Due to the amount of questions we have received, we want to update everyone on our current 2022 waiting list and pricing updates:
We are currently only taking on 1 bank financed home a month currently and our waiting list is out to October as of right now (if we have spoken with you already and signed a proposal then you are on that list). If you are planning on financing your own home build then

we will be considering taking those homes on as soon as March. Also there have been some pricing updates due to high demand, product availability, and material costs that are as follows:
-Heated square footage price: $170-200 sqft
-Garage square footage: $70-90 sqft
-Covered Porch/Carport square footage: $60-75 sqft
-Basement square footage: $25-30 sqft
-3D plans are $1 per heated sqft and $0.25 for every garage, porch, and basement square foot figured.
-Plan revisions/redrawings will be $100 per hour.
-2.5% of total home cost will be required as down payment upon reaching an agreement on home cost before proposal will be released. Currently, we only build in the following counties in Georgia: Heard, Troup, and Carroll Counties. These numbers are always subject to change so please refer back to our page for any updates.
