CREW LEADER

Landscape Innovations, LLC is a locally owned company located in Franklin, TN. We are hiring for a crew leader position.

This position requires 3 years of lawn care and landscape maintenance and installation experience.

To be considered a candidate for this position, an individual must:

Possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
Be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle and tow a trailer.
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Be prompt and work efficiently
Maintain a professional appearance
Possess good organizational skills
Exhibit good communication skills and be highly driven and self-motivated
Be highly detailed oriented
Ability to lead others
Be able to solve problem
Job Responsibilities Include:

Working alongside and supervising a three man crew to ensure they meet projected man hour and materials budgets on assigned work tickets.
Using phone to track start and finish time of each job.
Preparing and securing all materials, tools and equipment first thing in the morning for that day’s schedule
Be able to run a zero turn mower or a walk behind mower.
Be able to run 2 cycle w**d eater and blowers.
Assigning tasks to crew members (if applicable) and follow up to make sure that work was completed properly.
Insuring that all crew members (if applicable) report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures while projecting a professional image.
Pay range for this position is between $12.00-$18.00 based on your experience and ability to perform the above tasks. We typically work 40-50hrs a week with paid overtime over 40hrs. If interested, please send a resume to [email protected] to schedule an interview.
