Let winter be about cozy evenings and beautiful views - not windows that won’t close 🍂🏡

Before the cold arrives, give your windows a little attention. Rotted wood, worn-out caulking, and faulty hardware can leave them struggling through winter. Gaps and cracks can also let in moisture, drafts, and insects looking for a place to spend the season.

The good news? A full window replacement isn’t always necessary. Often, we can repair the damaged areas and restore proper operation, giving your windows a second life for years to come.

Let us take care of the repairs while you enjoy the beautiful fall season and start dreaming of Christmas with family. 🎄

A little behind the scenes from one of our recent window repairs 👀

A lot of what we do isn’t just about making it look better - it’s figuring out what can be saved, what needs to go, and rebuilding it the right way.

Here’s a look at the process.

Window damage doesn’t always mean the entire window needs to be replaced.

For this project, we removed the damaged wood and rebuilt the affected area to give the window a solid, clean finish again.

Most people only see the finished door.

We see the measurements, the cuts, the adjustments, the hardware, and all the small details that have to line up before you ever get to that final shot.

There’s no part number for this.

No box to open. No replacement piece waiting on a shelf.

The original wood was rotted, so we took a piece of lumber and made the missing section ourselves - cut it, shaped it, adjusted it, checked the fit, adjusted it again… until it belonged there.

That’s the part of repair work people rarely see.

Sometimes the solution isn’t something you can order.

Sometimes you have to make it.

Sometimes the front door deserves a little more attention.

For this home, we installed a new entry door with decorative glass, updated the hardware, and added a keypad lock for easy everyday access. Clean installation, a much brighter entrance, and everything fits naturally with the existing exterior.
