The building that was on this concrete slab had a fire inside of it and was not able to be saved.

We worked with the building owner to get a new building package ordered to his specifications!

RL Wright Construction erected the steel structure!
(These guys are awesome!)

KL Metals is installing the new Therma gaurd insulation that matches R value of the older insulation. This is a great option to have an insulation that won’t tear or rip when it is touched and cuts down on dust as well as eliminates condensation.

We are having our power upgraded today and tomorrow (August 5th and 6th). Our phones will be down during this process. We will be open and in the office if you need anything! We will resume normal operations in the metal shop on Friday August 7th. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

This 12 foot x 20 foot building was installed on existing pavement to house a forklift. We installed master rib 40 yr paint warranty old town gray metal roofing in the walls and the roof to help the structure blend into the building.

This steep pitch mountain cabin was ready for a new look! The shingles were removed before installing a synthetic underlayment. The only rotten wood we found was at the chimney area. We ended up removing the entire chimney because the entire thing was rotten. The firebox in the home is a ventless gas log so we made the decision to get rid of the upper part of the chimney to eliminate any flashing at the roof deck. We installed 40 yr paint warranty black master rib metal roofing on the home and used the same material for the siding on the new chimney chase! It added a touch of modern to this mountain cabin!

We offer carpentry services to our customers when rotten wood is found while the roofing process is under way. This helps to keep the job moving and not having to wait on a carpenter. We have skilled carpenters on our crews that can handle just about any wood repair that we can find! This is another way that we help to bring value and longevity to our customers!

Another roof completed by the expert crews at KL Metals Inc. this is a three foot wide master rib profile that covers this home. Complete with rake trim and shed cap make this look super modern! 6 inch K style gutter to control the water and a 7 yr workmanship warranty on the roof! The color black has become the color of modern clean cut lines when installed on a mono slope roof. This is going to be a great retreat.

Black aluminum soffit and fascia really make this home pop! We installed vented aluminum soffit as well as aluminum fascia to finish it off! 6 inch gutters to catch the water from the new roof! This remodel literally made this house look brand new!
