Yesterday Chicago celebrated the ribbon-cutting on The Bellwether at 79 W. Monroe — and we’re proud to have handled the plumbing on this one.

The building started as a 1905 office tower and is now 117 apartments, over a third of them affordable — the first completed office-to-residential conversion under Chicago’s LaSalle Street Corridor Revitalization program.

Glad to have been part of bringing it to life.

The R. Carrozza Plumbing crew is on the ground in Evanston! We've officially kicked off foundational plumbing work on South Boulevard Shores, a 60-unit housing development. The five-story building will offer one to three-bedroom apartments and is expected to be completed by late 2026. We're proud to play a role in bringing this project to life. More updates to come!
