A weekend spent in coastal Seaside Park 🏠 🌊

The cedar roof gets me every time! We love a good architecture tour via beach cruiser!

The coastal regulations are making crazy changes in the next year so it will be interesting to see how the architecture changes in these landscapes! We are deep into design on a new build in Seaside Park which is so special to me! Stay tuned stay tuned!!

Finally got to see a beautiful project of ours come to completion! We are taking you through a little tour from our spaces as they were framed to finished!

Thrilled to see this beauty coming to life!! Check out the last post of ours shared with & to see the back elevation being framed!

This project is going to be stellar, as the home sits pretty on rolling acres. We have worked to create a unique floor plan that capitalizes on all of these views! We love the earthy color palette our client chose, mixing in an olive green, dark brown, and pops of cedar for warmth.

Lake season is approaching and we so excited this home will get a full season in! We took a look back at these photos and realized we really did capitalize on the lake views!

Their original home was charming but it had minimal views of the property and lake. Now as you take a tour through some of the home, you always get a glimpse of the lake!

What a retreat! We will forever be swooning over this home!

Get a glimpse of our latest project, shining bright from dawn till dusk and beyond! Your dream home can be just as stunning at night as it is during the day, thanks to thoughtful landscape and exterior lighting design!

We're moving full steam ahead from planning to permitting, and soon we'll be ready to break ground! This project expertly repurposes the existing foundation and select walls, transforming them into a brand-new, maximized space!

We're grateful for our incredible clients and team, and we can't wait to bring this vision to life!

Two of our favorite functional elements in our new homes and renovations are:

The coffee bar!
and
The mudroom!

This coffee bar has dual use with an under counter refrigerator for a quick grab and go for kids drinks!

And this mudroom has individual lockers for each family member!

Both are used daily!

Trusting the process! From framing to finished product - the vision was always there!

Transforming this exterior from a brick “McMansion” to a more timeless farmhouse aesthetic. The addition of this front porch ties in this facade and breaks up the height of this exterior! We love the metal roof accents, stone piers, and the warmth the wood structure brings!

WAITLIST

I believe I have responded to everyone on our waitlist as I took “time off” to work on becoming a first time mom!

While I still am figuring out that balance, I thank everyone for the patience! Thanks for those who have waited to meet with us! And thank you to our existing clients for giving me grace during this time!

I would be LOST without Kristen & Alexis, in the office, and they can never be thanked enough!
