Another deck wrapped up on this custom home. Amberwood wolf decking with a walnut border/picture frame, RDI Avalon aluminum railing. I really like the two tone, and it complements the black and blue well 👌🏻 this place is getting near move in ready!

All wrapped up with the big deck of the season 💪🏻 over 900 square feet of decking with 2 flights of stairs. Wolf PVC decking in Black Walnut with an RDI aluminum vertical baluster handrail. Over 3500 screws and plugs in the decking alone. This one was a challenge!

New build coming along! Just hit the 9 month mark on this one. Being that it’s my personal house, things go a little slower but getting closer and closer to having it wrapped up. This home features LP board and batten siding, Andersen windows, a large deck, a covered porch, a large kitchen/dining/living area, 24x24 attached garage and a full walkout basement!! Progress is underway on the 950 sq ft deck overlooking Lake Michigan. This expansive deck will showcase Wolf Outdoor Living decking in Black Walnut, paired with a metal handrail system and multiple flights of stairs!If you need a new deck or your current one needs a facelift, give me a call!

Another job wrapped up ✅ This was a big project. Remodeled half of the house with new windows, a new entry door, and a 12’ slider. We removed the existing gardens, steps, bushes, etc to allow for the new 17x24 deck. 400 square feet of new outdoor space to enjoy for the summer! This job was done with Amberwood decking by Wolf, a PVC product that is a superior product for lakeside decks! Interior pictures to come!

Squeezed this deck in before starting an elevated 900+ sq ft PVC deck next week! The customer recently inherited this cottage in the CSA and they needed more space for family this summer. We removed a big cedar tree, 2 stumps, excavated to allow for airflow under the new deck, removed 20 yards of dirt off site and constructed the new 375 sq ft deck with benches.

Gave this air BnB a face lift last month to give the guests a refreshed space to enjoy the breeze off of Crystal Lake. Added a bit more square footage and squared the corners off to make the space more practical. Ready for a northern Michigan summer 👌🏻✅
