A day to honor and appreciate those who own up to the title of dad❤️ Your hard work, determination, and love does not go unnoticed. A big happy father’s day to our wonderful guys, clients, vendors, mentors, and supporters. We are thinking of those struggling on this day and give kudos to those who step up to the plate. A natural stone patio with a reclaimed, dry stacked stone wall is underway! Everyone needs a good shady spot in the garden. Here, Zack is compacting the gravel before setting stones, while Genaro builds onto the dry stack natural stone wall. We are in the final stretch of this installation- awaiting the custom fabricated limestone cap!

Did you know Andrea studied and worked in architecture and interior design throughout college? That background continues to influence her work today. During many consultations, she spends time studying the interior and exterior architecture of the home- often taking photos and noting architectural details, materials, colors, textures, and design elements- to create outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of the home itself.

Whether it's repeating lines and forms, echoing materials, or capturing the overall feeling of a space, her goal is to create seamless transitions between indoors and out. A woman of many talents, and one of the reasons every Inside Out Design project feels so thoughtfully connected to its place.

We can’t wait to share more of this project as it continues to grow into itself. Following a redesign, Phase 1 began in 2025 with the installation of a permeable paver driveway. This year, we just finished expanding the outdoor living experience with a new porch and patio, custom steps, a Soake plunge pool and spa, walkways, pergola, fencing, and surrounding native landscape plantings.

Thank you to Gina and Jason for all they did in preparing and feeding us well... it was a perfect Friday afternoon. We are always appreciative of the selections and customer service at site one over the past 20 years we've worked with them.

Happy anniversary to Arturo (the big 🔟) and happy birthday to Jewell, and Zack (who fairly recently joined our team)! We're also celebrating 100% crew leaders and project managers having their OSHA 10 (or higher) certifications complete- great job guys!
