We have an immediate opening for a full time plumber. We are primarily a residential service company, but also do home remodels, new construction, sewer inspection/repair services, etc. Our project portfolio is diverse and can vary based on our availability and the scope of work.
We are a family owned business that values work life balance. Our business is open Monday through Friday, no weekends, no on-call. We work hard during the week and believe in taking time to recharge on the weekends.
Company vehicle, tools, phone and work shirts provided. Overtime paid over 40 hours during the week at time and a half. We offer 6 paid holidays and several rolling holidays off. After an initial probation period of 30 days, full time employees are eligible for health insurance, dental insurance and paid vacation.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience in relevant plumbing with a focus on residential service
• Valid Illinois Plumbing license
• Proficient in plumbing codes, math and problem solving
• Flexible availability Monday-Friday
• Must be punctual! Arrive on-time to prep work vehicle and ensure on-time arrival to scheduled jobs
• Must be comfortable working independently, driving to multiple job sites a day, speaking professionally to customers in person, on the phone and via text
• Ability to clearly communicate to supervisor and customers regarding repairs, complications, concerns, etc.
• Ability to work quickly, but efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work with various pieces of equipment including sewer cameras, rodding machines and large power tools
• Ability to perform the physical functions required of the job including, but not limited to, heavy lifting, digging to perform sewer repairs, working in small spaces, standing for long periods of time and climbing ladders
• Must be able to work in various elements all year round
• Must be organized and able to follow directions
• Must be comfortable with a mobile point of sale system, scheduling app and other technical requirement of the job
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

PAY RANGE: $41-$50/hr (based on experience)
