UPDATE: THE NEXTBILL APPLICATION IS UP AND RUNNING. WE CAN NOW ACCEPT ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.

The Nextbill application that is used to process payments with a debit or credit card has been down since the evening of 10/12/26 and is still unavailable as of 8:30am. We cannot take any credit card or debit card payments over the telephone or at the office. We will update this page and website once it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding.

Elkhorn Water District Meeting Rescheduled.The October 13,2026 board meeting has been rescheduled to October 20,2026 at 12:00 pm at 7165 US 127 North.

The boil water advisory for Elkhorn Terrace has been lifted.

Thank you everyone that has called to let us know all the streets in Elkhorn Terrace. We are now calling all customers to let them know about the boil water advisory. Once the boil water advisory has been lifted we will update our page, website and call all customers.

Due to a water line break all customers in Elkhorn Terrace are under a boil water advisory. Once water is restored any water used for drinking or cooking will need to be boiled for 3 full minutes. We are currently trying to find out all streets in Elkhorn Terrace. We do know it is Thomas St, Bracken Ct. Berkley and Waverly. If there are other streets in Elkhorn Terrace can you please call the office at 502-695-4431 so we can have a complete list to call all customers.
We will notify every one via facebook and phone call once the boil water advisory has been lifted.

The boil water advisory has been lifted as of 8:45 am on 7/23/26

Due to a water line break all customers of Elkhorn Water District EXCEPT TAMMYS DINER AND ELKHORN MOBILE PARK are under a boil water advisory. Any water used for drinking or cooking will need to be boiled for 3 full minutes.
Once the boil water advisory has been lifted you will be contacted via One Call. We will also update our page and Website.
