"Mine's already cracked, so it's too late for this."
We hear that a lot, so watch this one. The slab on this job was already broken when we got there. We raised it flush and safe, and we'll tell you straight: the crack itself doesn't vanish. The gap stays. What's left is a small crack repair, and it ends up looking brand new.
Here's the part that matters. That whole fix runs 50 to 70% less than ripping it out and pouring new. No tripping hazards, pitched away from the house so water runs where it should, nothing sneaking into the basement.
Cracked doesn't mean replace. If yours looks rough, DM us the word RAISE and we'll come take a look for free.
