"Mine's already cracked, so it's too late for this."

We hear that a lot, so watch this one. The slab on this job was already broken when we got there. We raised it flush and safe, and we'll tell you straight: the crack itself doesn't vanish. The gap stays. What's left is a small crack repair, and it ends up looking brand new.

Here's the part that matters. That whole fix runs 50 to 70% less than ripping it out and pouring new. No tripping hazards, pitched away from the house so water runs where it should, nothing sneaking into the basement.

Cracked doesn't mean replace. If yours looks rough, DM us the word RAISE and we'll come take a look for free.

Tired of bouncing between gigs that go nowhere?

Most guys in the trades spend years jumping job to job and never actually build anything.

We're not hiring a summer body. We've been raising concrete across the southwest suburbs for over 15 years with 600+ five-star reviews, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn a real skilled trade and grow into it.

Show up consistently, work hard, get your hands dirty, and you'll be with a company that takes care of its people. This isn't a job you outgrow. It's a career you build.

If that sounds like you, DM us the word READY and we'll send over the details and next steps.

In business since 2009 and this was a first for us.

We showed up to a sunken slab and found it propped up on six inches of styrofoam. Pulled the foam out and there was a whole second slab of concrete underneath it. Concrete on top of concrete. Nobody on the crew had seen that before.

The thing was basically floating out of the ground. We stabilized the bottom slab, then lifted the rest to meet it. No tear out, no jackhammers, no week-long mess.

Save this one for the next time somebody tells you a slab is "too far gone." Most of the time it isn't.

Swipe back and forth on this one a few times.

Same slab. Same afternoon. We didn't pour anything new, didn't tear anything out, didn't haul a dumpster into the driveway.

We lifted what was already there back to where it belonged.

People assume sunken concrete is a demo job. Most of the time it's a couple hours and it's done.

If yours has dropped, DM us the word RAISE for a free quote.

Greg put it off for years.

Every time it rained he'd look out back at that sunken service walk and think about it washing out a little more. He even toyed with a few DIY hacks.

None of them happened.

Twenty years in the same house and the sidewalk kept leaning, kept turning into a trip hazard right when he and his wife could least afford one.

He called around. Half the places never even called back.
We got him on the schedule, raised the walk, and his words after were "it's like night and day."

The fix is almost always smaller than the dread you've built up around it.

If your concrete has been bugging you every time it rains, DM us the word RAISE and we'll come give you a free quote.

Someone trips on this every single day and nobody does anything about it.

We see it constantly. The lip on the walkway slab. The front step that dropped. It's been there so long it's just become part of the house.

One visit.
Both fixed.
Nobody's tripping on anything anymore.

Send this to someone whose front step has been like this for way too long. DM us RAISE if that someone is you.

The slab had dropped enough that it wasn't just cosmetic anymore.

Two hours later, it was flush, sealed, done.
Same day use.

This is what most people are paying full replacement prices to fix.
You don't have to.

DM us RAISE if your driveway is doing something it shouldn't be.
