We’ve been here for one year exactly. We still have more garden beds to make and often feel behind. To hear from so many people how much they love our garden and have been watching us grow it, makes it all worth it! We appreciate all of the great feed back and support at our stand. We absolutely love it here! We are so excited for all the wonderful things that are coming. A 3 minute stroll through our garden that’s going to keep growing. Dehydrating Cayenne peppers and cherry tomatoes. We love to grind the dried tomatoes up into a powder which can be added to soups to thicken and taste, they add a burst of flavor. The powder can also be turned into a tomatoe sauce or to thicken a sauce. We love eating them throughout the winter and we always say it tastes like summer! Dried Cayenne will also be ground down to make pepper flakes.

We are so excited! We are located two houses down from the General Store. We grow local, organic produce in Francisco. Now we are getting a General Store in Francisco that will sell local goods and other essential items. Exciting things happening in Francisco! We have a park coming in as well. We will be vendors in the Francisco FarmFest on September 19! Come on out and visit our cool community. Who needs to go to the big cities when you have so many gems here in Francisco NC!

We have sage and other herbs. Herbs are so good to cook with, make medicine with, and is loaded with health benefits. Come out Saturday 10:00-4:00 to get some along with tomatoes both cherry and large, hot and sweet peppers, and cut flowers. We are totally organic and local.
