With 40 years in the trade, Skipper brings to JM Construction deep remodeling expertise, steady leadership, and a strong commitment to mentoring our production team. In his role as a PM, Skipper plans ahead, anticipates challenges, and keeps projects moving smoothly while keeping things light along the way. Skipper is known for the positive energy he brings to every situation.

Outside of work, Skipper is the true definition of a renaissance man. His passions range from brewing beer 🍻and making cheese 🧀to birding 🦉and model railroading. 🚂Despite having many hobbies and a full social calendar with his family, Skipper still finds time to give back to the community, embracing volunteer work and charitable giving on a regular basis. 🙏🏼

This kitchen remodel enhances flow and creates a seamless connection to the adjacent living areas. We rebuilt the space with an open, functional layout that feels cohesive and easy to live in.

Natural light pours in through a new sliding window and full-view exterior door, while wide-plank flooring runs uninterrupted across the first floor. The kitchen showcases two-tone custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a generous working island, and layered lighting for both atmosphere and task work.

Behind the scenes, we updated the home with new framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to support lasting comfort and efficiency.

The result is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed for everyday living.

Heading into the long weekend feeling grateful and still thinking about the time we spent earlier this week at the beautiful Chatham Bars Inn.

Throwback to a deck transformation project from last summer in Holliston.

We removed the old decking, railings, stairs, and landing to make way for a stronger, more modern design.

A new structural base was installed, including updated framing, a fresh concrete stair pad, and fully rebuilt stairs for better flow and durability.

Finished with PVC trim details, composite decking with hidden fasteners for a clean surface, and new white post sleeves with black aluminum balusters for a sharp contrast.

A low-maintenance outdoor living space built for everyday use, entertaining, and long New England summers!

In this Hopkinton primary bath remodel, we partnered with the talented Candace Paige Interiors to thoughtfully redesign the layout – improving flow, enhancing functionality, and creating space for a freestanding tub alongside a fully reimagined shower.

Finishes unify the design: marble accents, a tiled walk-in shower with a niche and bench, large-format floor tile, custom vanity cabinetry, and a stone countertop with dual sinks.
