Open concrete on Friday afternoon. A fully marked safety system by Monday morning. ⚡
When a local plumbing & mechanical contractor needed defined forklift lanes and pedestrian safety walkways in their shop — and could only spare a weekend to do it — we accepted the challenge.
We provided a full layout, diamond-ground prep, and high-gloss safety-yellow coating, installed start to finish over a single weekend. From the docks through their load/unload zones, every traffic path is now clearly marked, slip-rated, and built to take daily forklift and foot traffic. Shop turned over & ready for business first thing Monday morning — zero downtime.

What started as a cluttered basement became something this family gets to enjoy every single day. 🏡
Nearly 1,200 sq ft transformed — new framing, drywall, painted open ceiling, carpet, trim, and recessed lighting throughout. What was once a cold concrete storage space is now a place where kids run around, the family gathers, and memories get made.

900 square feet of garage floor in Elmhurst — and this one had a little extra. Full epoxy flake system in Torginol Metapelite, plus the side bathroom that opens to the pool area got the same treatment. Every inch done right.
This home was stunning and the floor had to match. Metapelite brings that natural stone character — grays, tans, and slate tones that complement a high-end space without screaming at it.

Sage green is officially in the rearview. 🎨
Full exterior transformation on this Cary, IL ranch — we took it from dated sage green with maroon shutters to a rich, modern charcoal gray that completely changes the home's presence. The house always had great bones; the homeowners just wanted a current look without replacing any siding or touching the original brick. So we let color and clean detailing do the work.
Here's what pulled it all together:
• Deep charcoal gray — Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal — across all the lap siding and gables
• Crisp white trim, fascia, soffits, and gutter line for contrast
• Warm cedar-stained board-and-batten shutters
• A statement tan front door to echo the natural wood tones
• Original brick foundation left in place to ground the palette
• Fresh black mulch in the beds to finish the whole look off
Same house, completely different feel. No new siding — just thorough prep, masking, and protection of the brick, windows, and landscaping, then the right product and the right color applied properly. That's the difference between a paint job and a real exterior transformation.

There's something quietly powerful about a home that finally lets you breathe easier.
For this wonderful family, the old carpet wasn't just worn — it was working against them, holding onto the allergens that made everyday life a little harder than it needed to be. So we set out to give them more than a new floor. We set out to give them comfort, health, and a fresh start under their feet.
To do it right, we installed new underlayment to bring everything level with their existing hardwood — that behind-the-scenes detail nobody sees, but everyone feels in a clean, seamless finish. Then we laid 2,400 square feet of Paramount Signature Luxury Vinyl Plank in "Garden Stone," a color the clients chose themselves. And what an eye they have — the floors are even more stunning in person than in any photo.
No more worrying about what's hiding in the carpet. Just beautiful, healthy, easy-to-love flooring that this family gets to enjoy for years and years to come.
