An interesting development in Middleton on the west side of Madison that we're taking part in. Belle Farm which is a community that will not have gas piped into it. Each building will use a geothermal HVAC system. The Madison Parade of Homes starting today will be showing off two of the first houses built here.

This large home in the Oconomowoc area took much of our creativity to pull off in a tight area for a 30-ton geothermal loop field. We vertically drilled the loops, directionally bored the header lines across the driveway, and had some challenging excavating and piping to do to get the lines all tied in and connected to the interior part of the system. Good job making it all work out guys!
