Definetly a unique call today. Homemade "Fast Fill" CNG station. Where there's a will there's a way. Plumber to a compressor at a rural home in Wisconsin. Flared and devalved to be scrapped.

Well, another first for us. Two in one week. This is best described as a homemade CNG mobile fill station? Leaking pipes, 3 different valves types, corroded, and out of date at a very pleasent lady's house in Wisconsin. Due to the leaks we had to isolate and flare each cylinder independently. Really glad we had all the fittings and adapters in our Responder Training CNG kit. I've never used so many different fittings on one system, and the Scrappers Choice internal solenoid tools. Even with all that we still got the job done in 3 hours. .

Flaring a lil propane at the Pennsylvania Association of Hazardous Materials Technicians confrence. With Rob Robert Moore. And yes the flare is set up incorrectly, all 4 legs should be on the ground. We were lazy while lighting it and then moved it to the correct position.

Wednesday we had the opportunity to conduct our AFV ops class for our local departments thanks to Northern Illinois Fire Inspectors Association NIFIA and the Chiefs association. This last week we had the honor of teaching the Colorado State Patrol Hazmat Team again, this time in Golden Colorado. This outstanding team, with their state wide mission, exhibited the skills, dedication, and ability to adapt on the fly to handle CNG, LNG, and H2 AFV incidents repeatedly throughout the 12 hour class day. Truly an impressive team. Further training was conducted on utilizing extrication tools to expose CNG cylinders safely with our friends from Rescue Redefined. This was an intense 3 days of training. Thank you CSP for having us out.

Just wrapped up a round of AFV tech classes hosted by BSO Fire Rescue. It was a long three days but I had an absolute blast with the students from BSO, Ft Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Sunrise FL. Thank you for having me down to teach.
