All Area Construction and Roofing

Are there any farmers markets this weekend. I need some peaches 🍑

Hot is an understatement. Today we had the pleasure to help out two clients with the roof replacements, and we got the neighbors loaded and ready for tomorrow. With all the hail we got in Fountain we will be working non stop through the summer and want to know what’s everyone’s tips and tricks to stay cool while we go into this heat wave.

We like to set up a tent and keep ice and drinks with a chill water fan from Big Ass Fans.

Our daughter recently enlisted in the Airforce! My dad was active duty Navy and Merchant Seaman so I was kind of familiar with the military lifestyle…or so I thought. After our baby girl enlisted and has gone off to train to serve our country, we have developed more of an appreciation for our Military service members and their families! We offer discounts for active duty and retired military. Ask me how! We love to hear your stories and words of encouragement to our new Airman!

Refer a friend and get cash back in your pocket once the job is completed! Make sure they mention your name when booking their initial appointment!

⚠️ As you may have noticed, the out of town roofing companies and door knockers have literally been posted up outside of our neighborhoods, waiting for the hail to hit so they can hit the streets knocking doors. Some may do good work, but before you sign anything, DO YOUR RESEARCH!

At All Area, we’re a small family-owned and operated roofing company based right here in Fountain, Colorado, with an office in Colorado Springs. We live here, work here, our kids play sports here and we stand behind our work long after the storms have passed.

When choosing a contractor, keep these things in mind:
-choose a local company. Most of these out of towners just want in and out and to do your roof. Find someone who truly cares about restoring your home to “like new” condition.
-Look up google reviews. Ask for local references!
-Check PPRBD and make sure the contractor is licensed and can pull a permit for your roof!
-Never feel pressured to make a decision right away. A reputable company will have no problem giving you the time and space to make an informed decision.
-It is illegal for a contractor to “eat your deductible.” If they say this, RUN. They do not have your best interests at heart. However, a great company will offer some discounts and upgrades!

We offer FREE roof/whole exterior inspections and honest assessments with no high-pressure sales tactics. Our goal is to help you get your home back to “like new” or better! When you choose local, you’re supporting a small business that truly cares about our community.

Don’t worry, call the Murrays!

Good morning 719 family! With yesterday’s hail, your doorbells are going to be ringin’ off the chain over the next few days. Here are some tips for after the storm and choosing a contractor:

-Choose a local contractor—someone who will be there for you after the storm too! Many of the companies knocking your door want to get in and out. Choose a small, local company that’s going to give you a more personable experience during this time. They’ll also be there to warranty their work down the road!

-Check licensing! You can do this by looking up the contractor on the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department website!

-Check reviews and references! Word of mouth goes a long way!

-Don’t feel pressured! You don’t have to sign anything right away! Find a contractor you build trust with. Reputable contractors have no problem giving you the time and space to make your decision.

If you would like a free, no hassle inspection of the exterior of your home, give us a call!

All Area Construction and Roofing is owned by Kevin and Victoria Murray, out of Fountain. We take pride in building relationships with our customers and will give you our honest opinion every time. Check out our reviews on Google, they speak for themselves.
